Collected Personal Data

The data collected covers your identity, contact details and contract details. This extends to your name, phone number and address for works and invoicing purposes only. We do not collect any special categories of personal data that are not relevant to your electrical installation. 

The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details);
• Transaction details.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• to carry out our contractual requirements;
• to enable aftercare services;

• Manufacturers’ enquiries.
